Cake Walk: A Sketch Comedy Spectacular

June 8, 2019 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

You’re invited to a very special night of comedy from Vancouver’s most two-person sketch duo: CAKE WALK!

Cake Walk IS Stacey McLachlan and Jordan Potter, and their sketch comedy IS so boundary-breaking that the GOVERNMENT says they can only do one show a year! Don’t tell your mom or dad! They’re TOO LAME TO GET IT!! Why were you born into this STUPID FAMILY!?!?!?!

That’s right: it’s Cake Walk’s annual comedy extravaganza, featuring classic sketches about strata council elections and brother-sister robberies that you thought they promised only to do that one time, plus a brand new experimental second half that explores space AND time!

Featuring very funny special guest standup Aaron Read!

Doors at 7:30
Show at 8:00
$10 in advance, $12 at the door

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update July 2020

Last month the province entered the government’s Phase 3 of operational reopening, a staggered approach by sector.

In early July this reopening impacted LMG as part of:

Select entertainment – movies and symphony, but not large concerts (July 2020)

Little Mountain Gallery is not returning to regular programming but, over the coming weeks and months, modified live performances may resume with health restrictions in place.

If or when you choose to return to Little Mountain Gallery please be aware that the experience will differ from how you remember to ensure the maximum amount of safety for our community.

LMG will restrict access to people exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have come into contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Although all performances at LMG are independently produced we're asking all our showrunners to comply with a standard level of precautions, including encouraging all tickets to be available online, elimination of cash-transactions, rigorous disinfectant and preventative measures, audience traffic and line modifications, etc.

Information about specific practices can be obtained from individual showrunners before events. Please respect all requirements for entry including mask-use, disinfectant procedures, additional time for entry and exit, as well as any additional necessary inconveniences.

As we slowly transition back to limited performances please know that safety is our first priority. If you have any questions or concerns please message LMG at littlemountaingallerycomedy@gmail.com
