Craft and the Furious: Tokyo Stitch

December 15, 2018 @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

$10
Craft and The Furious

Are your favourite things Crafts, Comedy, and a movie franchise that’s basically people with muscles, whose superpower is that they’re good with cars? Even if only one of these is your jam, you’ll have a fun weird time at Little Mountain Gallery.

We’ve got some of the city’s funniest people to chat while a certain movie about cars plays (legally I’m just going to avoid saying what it is, but like, you know what it will be).

While we make jokes, we encourage you to bring a craft project to do during the show, and we can also chat about that!

Let’s say you don’t have a craft project, well you’re in luck. We’ve teamed up with The Basic Stitches (https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/basicstitchesdesign) who will have kits available to you. You’re also welcome to just come and watch the comedy show, sans crafts.

This show is going to be very dumb, and very silly. You’ll love it.

Joining Matty Vu on the panel:
Allie Entwistle
Malcolm McLeod
Rachel Schaefer

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update July 2020

Last month the province entered the government’s Phase 3 of operational reopening, a staggered approach by sector.

In early July this reopening impacted LMG as part of:

Select entertainment – movies and symphony, but not large concerts (July 2020)

Little Mountain Gallery is not returning to regular programming but, over the coming weeks and months, modified live performances may resume with health restrictions in place.

If or when you choose to return to Little Mountain Gallery please be aware that the experience will differ from how you remember to ensure the maximum amount of safety for our community.

LMG will restrict access to people exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have come into contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Although all performances at LMG are independently produced we're asking all our showrunners to comply with a standard level of precautions, including encouraging all tickets to be available online, elimination of cash-transactions, rigorous disinfectant and preventative measures, audience traffic and line modifications, etc.

Information about specific practices can be obtained from individual showrunners before events. Please respect all requirements for entry including mask-use, disinfectant procedures, additional time for entry and exit, as well as any additional necessary inconveniences.

As we slowly transition back to limited performances please know that safety is our first priority. If you have any questions or concerns please message LMG at littlemountaingallerycomedy@gmail.com
