Can love conquer all? Let’s find out! Grad School Improv presents Tears of the Seawall: a completely improvised (and hilarious) romance movie. Inspired by our favourite Nicholas Sparks films (The Notebook, Dear John, The Last Song), prepare to see a story of love, laughter, and longing! Will the down-to-earth girl from Smalltown, BC end up with the mysterious guy from the big city? We’ll see!

GSI has performed high-quality, ambitious, story-driven improv in Vancouver for over 10 years, specializing in theatrical, genre-based productions. This close-knit company of improvisers has performed a monthly show at Little Mountain Gallery since 2015, in addition to performing to sold-out crowds at the Vancouver Improv Festival, Bellingham Improv Festival, JFL Northwest, and the 2025 Vancouver Fringe Festival with their hit show Point Grey’s Anatomy.

(Audience participation is not required. A couple suggestions off the top of the show will provide the inspiration for the entire performance)
Key Words: Improv, Funny, Romance, Theatre, Comedy

This show will be presented in the Raccoon Room (Second floor).
