Get ready for an unforgettable night of comedy as two powerhouse comedians, Chris Gaskin and Ryan Lachance, take the stage for Rolling Thunder. Both performers will deliver their signature headline sets, showcasing their unique comedic styles and razor-sharp wit. As a special treat, they’ll join forces after their sets for a live Q&A with the audience, offering an up-close glimpse into the minds of two of Canada’s top comedians.
Chris Gaskin, dubbed the “Baby-faced Assassin of Comedy,” has captivated audiences across the country with his quick wit and brutal honesty. With a charm that belies his sharp-tongued humour, Gaskin has built a reputation for taking everyday observations and turning them into hysterical commentary. His journey from a small-town kid with a heart defect to sharing the stage with legends like Emo Philips, Godfrey, and Kenny vs. Spenny has shaped him into one of the fastest rising stars in comedy today.
Ryan Lachance brings a completely unique perspective to the stage, drawing from his life with quad-spastic cerebral palsy to tell deeply personal yet universally relatable stories. With over 25 years of experience, his natural storytelling ability blends humour and heart, making him a staple of the Vancouver comedy scene and beyond. Ryan’s performances, which have been featured at Just for Laughs and the Vancouver Fringe Festival, offer an honest and hilarious reflection on the joys and challenges of life.
This show will be presented in the Salazar Stage (Main floor).
